Do not order from Browwin. They are a total scam. The clothing is horrible and they won’t do returns Horrible!!!!!

The dresses came in and were a perfect fit based on the measurements listed on their guide. The fabric was beautiful.

My wife bought two dresses from them. Finally received them after three weeks. They do not fit her and she would like to return them. I sent them an email and received one back stating that they would give me a refund of $18 and to keep them. I wrote back and said no I want to return them they do not fit. I received back a reply that they would refund me $37 and no more to keep them that it is too expensive to ship back to Dubai. I asked them where I can ship them back to so I could see what it would cost and no reply. I would not order anything from this company. Terrible customer service and they will not let you return anything.

So disappointed. Ordered XL dresses. Dresses both too large, BUT arms were so small I could not put on properly. An xl is for a large woman who most decidid doen not have skinny arms. To make matters worse, I cannot find where I get the return label. I followed the directions but they led to a locked door. Stay away from this disreputable company. They bilked me for $70 + . Shame on me.

I love this dress. I wore it for Easter and got alot of compliments. It is very comfortable and fits well. It arrived in a timely manner. I am very happy with this whole order.

I was happy with my experience with browning. At first I was a little anxious because it seemed to be taking so long but browning was excellent with their responses about shipping. Sometimes u worry when u order online but their response eased all of that. Thanks so much for your prompt responses

My items took several weeks 6+to receive . The items were very nice! Size was a little smaller on a couple of shirts, 5’3 140. Went with small. I will order again. Kelly
