Had some concerns about the sleeve as it seemed too small compared to the first one I had purchased some months before. After a few conversations with Brown Med staff, we finally resolved the issue. I appreciated their patience During this process,

The products are amazing as is their customer service. As soon as my back begins to hurt, I use the Universal and within minutes, I have relief. When a problem occurred, their customer service immediately took care of it.

Devices are very nice, modern, with pro look and feel. Easy to set up and charge. Very comfortable. love the one page instructions. I do need help using however as one of my hands does not work well. fortunately I got the correct sixe gloves and can take them on and off with some effort. The strap is a slightly different story. I have been using it on some bursitis in my hip. The button is rotated around back where I need someone who can see it to push to start. I was very pleased with the results the next day.

I wear these at night to help keep my fingers from curling under too far. I also wear them when my arthritic thumb acts up.
