Ordered glass bong
Due to address error USPS sent it back to bwg. I contacted them & offered to provide a new shipping label. was told not necessary. 2wks no tracking. Told it's shipping Monday. 2wks sent new email. Asking for return of funds. No reply. 1wk more. Ask for refund. No reply. The phone# is phony. They're always on another call or some other lame dodge these crooks have devised to avoid customers & likely creditors as well. ironically I even overpaid for the item by tipping them. Here's a tip for you, don't buy anything from Brothers with Glass .. Beaverton Oregon
