Scam. Charged my card, never sent anything. I even paid extra for fast shipping

***Caveat Emptor**** I made a purchase on 7/3/24 for $58.84. They’ve never been shipped or received. I emailed the company, they don’t have a customer service telephone number🚩🚩 Product never received. It must be a scam company I am now handling this dispute via Chase. Super pissed😤

Counterfeit KN95 masks and unprofessional customer service. The KN95s I purchased did not have the GB2626-2019 stamp on them, per KN95 official standards. The masks show this stamp on the product picture, but the masks I received do not have this stamp. When I asked customer service about a refund they told me they didn’t want to “spend time arguing with me” and they refunded me. Unprofessional response and counterfeit masks - this business should be shut down, it is unsafe to sell fake medical supplies.

Came quickly. I didnt read all the descriptions. I assumed they would be rated as medical masks. Box states all over the place they are not medical grade. You would think someplace called brookwood medical would sell medical masks. Nope.

I am disappointed in these masks. They are very thin. I'm not sure they would protect against Covid which is the reason I purchased them.

The mass are not secure around the nose not at all and that was the whole purpose of having getting the mask does not fit properly around the nose very disappointed would like a refund it is important that this Mass do what it was intended to do I've had covid once and I am doing everything I cannot to inquire it again do better with your mask
