This company misrepresented its services by guaranteeing a $250,000 business loan, which was never provided. I was instructed to deposit a separate loan of $75,000 as proof of capital,and their fee of $7,000 was deducted from here, which resulted in the company taking the fee without delivering the promised financing. Afterward, I was told the representative responsible was terminated, yet he continued to contact me, undermining their credibility. Made fun of me and asked me “how’s collection going lol”. Due to this misleading and deceptive conduct, I am now burdened with a $75,000 loan that has increased to $107,000, despite never receiving the agreed-upon funding. I am in the process of reporting this matter to the FTC and pursuing further action. Avoid the is company at all costs!!!

Scammed by this company!! The CEO is as crooked as they come. Stay away!!

Do not work with this company for any reason, they are liars and scammers. Short story, they set me up for 2 high interest loans with promise of a line of credit within 30 days, obviously then just disappeared . If you have a similar situation, get in contact with me.

Well they hooked me up with a lender QMF they had me QMF pay down a loan of 20,000 with a promise of 350,000 dollars loan signed contracts and never wired the funds told me repeatedly the wire was sent left me in a mess and ghosted me QMF is a joke beware ! And all Brookstone could say it’s was the lender not us and I have a feeling they knew it was a scam ! Thanks again

Like many of you, I get phone calls and text messages from lenders everyday. I am always interested in refinancing or taking out additional capital if it is right for our business. After expressing concern that this lender isn’t accredited through the Better Business Bureau, Will Harris sent me a link to their trust pilot reviews. He followed up with me today by sending a singular “?” I told him their most recent negative review describes an experience I have had in the past and I am not going to move forward. Will Harris responded “You weren’t going to do anything regardless don’t blame the review.” Unaccredited and unprofessional lender. Do not use.

Wrote a loan with promise of more at half way. That time comes all their phone numbers changed can’t get in touch for 4 days. Then they do and make promise after promise for 2 weeks even said had deal but never sent it delaying another week. Now stating they can’t do anything. Nothing but broken promises and lies. Honestly feel they are out of business and just trying to stall long enough to hurt you more.
