I had an excellent experience with Brookstone! From the moment I called, I was greeted with friendly and professional service. The customer service representative, Eric, was incredibly patient and attentive, answering all of my questions with clarity and understanding. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, explaining the loan options available to me in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the experience even more pleasant. Kudos to Eric and the entire team for their exceptional customer service.

My experience with Brookestone Funding so far has been great, Joseph Cardel provided all the necessary information I required to make my decision, he helped clarify any confusions I had about the process. Initially, I thought it would have been more complicated but Joseph made it all comprehensive while remaining patient.
