I purchased the Billie Vermeil Ring…
Original Review: I purchased the Billie Vermeil Ring Silver at the end of July, and it was delivered in August. One of the stones fell out in mid-September. I was past the 30-day return window, and they would not replace the stone or the ring. They offered me 50% of a new purchase. I am not interested in purchasing another low-quality item. Reply from the company: Hi Ashley, Thank you for updating us with a review! We're thrilled you loved the item when it arrived in pristine condition over a month ago. Unfortunately, we had to decline your request for a free replacement—not because we aren't generous, but because a 30-day trial period of your own making isn't quite covered under our warranty. Leaving a public review because we wouldn't foot the bill for a month's worth of post-delivery adventures is a bold strategy, but we wish you all the best with your next literary or dramatic venture! Warm regards, Iryna BROOKBLOOM.COM My Reply to This: Iryna, I feel that people need to know, before dropping money on your products, what quality they can expect. I got a month and a half of use out of a ring. I have several rings in my collection that I have worn continuously for years. That is simply disappointing. What would have been wrong is for me to have gone to the internet before giving you the chance to make the situation right. I did that. I am dissatisfied with the product and your customer service. So I am speaking up. I feel that I represented you fairly by clearly stating the exact terms that you offered to me in my review. If review readers think 50% off products that lack quality is fair, then they will see your solution as a positive. I do think your reply to me is pretty offensive. ---- If you are reading this review, please feel free to write me off as dramatic and purchase from this company. Just maybe don't select any of their products that have stones unless you only want to wear their jewelry for only a couple of months or with missing stones.
