I'm still waiting for my order
I'm still waiting for my order. It has been over two weeks now. No news whatsoever. I contacted the customer service, they don't even bother to reply. I'll definitely escalate this further.

We can confirm the order was shipped the first business day after it was placed, which was April 25th 2020. It can take 14-21 business days for your package to arrive since it has to go through customs. Our shipments have also been delayed due to changes in protocol and procedure during the pandemic.
