Products ordered, amounts billed to my credit care, but products not been shipped.
Ordered two products around Thanksgiving weekend Nov 17 on two separate orders. Later in the month, I had not received either one of them so I checked my credit card and found that the cost of each order had been billed to my credit card. I pulled up my Bronson account and saw that both orders were "In Process". In early Dec 17 since I still had not received either order, I called Bronson and was told that the orders "got lost in their system" and the shipments would be expedited. As of today, Dec 7, 2017, I still have not received either order.

ABSOLUTELY A WONDERFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!!!
I have purchased several things from this company. They are honest to their word; they accepted my return with no questions asked and credited my credit card. They also got me the new items that I ordered in record time delivered to my home. This is a wonderful company and very helpful about everything. Customer service on the telephone and also chat on the computer are both in the best of knowledge about any question that I had.
