Very expensive now
To be honest i had such a job ordering this, was shocked how expensive they are now 100 pounds with postage, there was a free gift of pills that I do not want,i asked for cream instead on the on line service, but they just said no. Hence why low rating sorry Trish McKeown
Response from Bronson VitaminsSep 5, 2018
Dear Mrs. Patricia McKeown, Thank you so much for taking the time to give us feedback. We greatly apologize for any inconvenience you had checking out on our website. If there is any specific feedback you can provide regarding website features and functionality, we would love to hear it as we always strive to provide the best customer experience both online and over the phone for our customers and with your help we may be able to improve upon that. Unfortunately, our international shipping charges are based on rates provided by our carriers and we are unable to control those total costs. We regret that we were not able to accommodate your request for a free cream in lieu of the Organic Vitamin D we are currently offering. There may be future offers for other free items and we encourage you to subscribe to our email Newsletter to receive great discounts, deals and wellness information. If you have any further questions, concerns or feedback; please send an e-mail to Customer Care at [email protected] or call toll-free 1-800-235-3200. Sincerely, Bronson Customer Service
