Thank you so much Bronson. I don’t know where I can write a reply. But want to thank Bronson for the good Service. Bronson did send a email for money back or reshipping. We did choose for re-shipping only if we didn’t have to wait for another month. They send the email on Monday. En today (Friday) I already have got my package! So very quick. I’m so very pleased ! Thank you so much Bronson. This was the service I was used to get from Bronson. I know package can be later Because of Covid. But this package didn’t arrived. I’m happy Bronson has good service for his customers. Will order soon. But will look for other shipping methode. Ups did deliver quick to the Netherlands. Thanks again. Greeting from the Netherlands. Original message : Its a shame. I did placed a order @ Bronson vitamins. As a couple of times earlier. Always did get my supplements on time. This time was different. 2 times I had to pay with PayPal. One for Bronson , and one for another company name for shipment. (Didn’t buy at Amazon but on the site from Bronson Vitamins itself). Package never arrived. Did send them chat contact on the page but no answer. Send them a email, but again no answer. My husband did send a email but again no answer. Im very disappointed. Bronson was such a good company, I was so happy with the products that I did buy again. But this will be the last time. My money is gone and no product... (Sorry for spelling I’m from the Netherlands).
