Bronson does allow you to return the product for a full year to get a full refund less the shipping which is stated on our website under the return policy. I have been a customer since the 1980's, before the internet even existed. Always good service and product, although lately, something that I want to order always seems to be out-of-stock.

I not get any status on my order or…
I not get any status on my order or tracking number for 2 months and no response from suport department email all this time. But instead i got spam with adds on "NEW" offers of 15% daily, like 2-3 email per day.
