Got a custom shirt to surprise my boyfriend. The shirt is supposed to be a unisex XL and is far from it. Fits more like a medium. I emailed the company and they did nothing to fix the issue even after showing them a size comparison. COMPLETE SCAM AND WASTE OF MONEY!

Bought a tumbler for my son’s birthday. The product, when it arrived after 30 days, was incorrectly spelt, and the quality was awful. They will not refund my money either, offering me 20% of what I paid and I have to return it at my expense. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPAY, EVER. You have been warned…

Couldn’t leave 0 stars…ordered garden gnomes that were supposed to resemble photos I submitted. What an absolute joke. They gave my father a beard…he’s never had a beard in his life. Slapped the typical “little old lady” face on my mom. Just poor effort and execution…straight in the garbage can.

I ordered the lighted American Flag, it said it would ship within two days... after waiting two weeks I reached out and got zero response other than a CHINESE SHIPPING NOTICE that it shipped that day... is this company in the US or just pretending to be? Shady at best and will never order from them again. Who knows if or when the item will even arrive.

If I could leave a zero star I would. They do not back up their word to replace an item that is sent to you that comes incorrectly. I ordered a custom sweatshirt for my grandma for her birthday and I went off of the size guide provided by their website. A large was supposed to be 24” wide 29” long and have 24” sleeves and it came 19” wide 26” long and 19” sleeves. I took pictures of this to show proof. Also, the first two names of the grandchildren on the garment were extremely sloppy and barely readable. I also took pictures of this. I sent an email with the pictures attached politely asking to have it replaced since I spent $35 to have a correctly fitting sweatshirt with all of my grandma's grandchildren's name's on it and it came too small and with 2 names that couldn't be read and they came back telling me that they are allowed to have a 20% error margin and that my order fit that criteria and there was nothing they were willing to do to correct this. I now have wasted my money and have to spend more money to go to a better quality company who actually care's about their paying customers and the product they are putting out. I would tell anyone thinking of using this company to steer as far away as possible because they are absolute scam artists!

Total mis-selling. Rip off merchants. So cross how can Companies do this?

I ordered a pair of Kraken glasses. In the photo they looked really good quality. However, they've been delivered today and they are literally a pair of small plain glasses with Kraken stickers on them. Nothing like the original photo. Lesson learned. I'll not be using this company again.
