I would give this company 0 stars if I could, completely false advertising of the garden knomes!!! The advertisement portrays a picture of a normal proper garden l one, with the option to personalise with your own face! My husband purchased 2 one of which arrived today, and it’s appalling!!! It’s not a garden knome at all it’s a piece of plastic with a picture of a knome stuck on it !!! Absolutely nothing like the advertisement portrays!!!!!!! I am absolutely furious, we have spent £30 for 2 bits of plastic and not garden knomes!!!! They are complete crooks , they are just conning people out of their money! It’s absolutely diabolical!!!! Do not purchase from them, they are CROOKS and they won’t send you what you think you have ordered!!!!!!!! CROOKS

The item,a custom garden gnome based on my picture was actually a picture not a gnome. It was not a gnome and someone else's picture. The customer service said it produced the item to my specifications. What they sent was a piece of crap but they say it is perfect.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!! Less than 0 Star!!!! I ordered an exercise band for $18.94 plus $7.99 shipping! Months later their own tracking said it was delivered to my local post office instead of my home! Customer service ran me around trying to find it!! Even had me check with my neighbors??? Then they refused to send a replacement or refund me!!! I had ordered through PayPal so I called them! Get this! As long as it was delivered to the correct ZIPCODE we can’t help either!!! I definitely lost between NEVER RECEIVING and the amount of time I spent on it!!! NEVER REFUNDED A PENNY!!! Cut up my PayPal credit card and after I receive the last few things, I deleting the PayPal app!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!

What I ordered is not what was received! Took a month to receive then did not get what I paid for. Do Not Order from this company.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a personalized item with a custom date engraving, and not only did the company engrave the wrong date, but my order also took about a month to arrive despite paying extra for expedited shipping. When I contacted customer service, I expected them to correct their mistake at no cost to me. Instead, I was given two unsatisfactory options. If I wanted a refund, they would only refund 15% of the purchase price and would not refund the expedited shipping that I paid for. If I wanted a replacement with the correct engraving, I was told I had to pay another $16.99 for shipping—even though the error was entirely theirs. It’s frustrating to pay extra for expedited shipping, wait far longer than expected, receive an item with the wrong engraving, and then be asked to spend even more money to fix the company’s mistake. I expected much better customer service and accountability. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company based on my experience.

My order was marked as delivered in Los Angeles, California, even though I live in Dallas, Texas. I never received my package, and despite sending multiple emails to customer service, no one has responded or attempted to resolve the issue. As a customer, I expected basic communication and accountability. Instead, I’ve been completely ignored while being told my order was delivered to a state I don’t even live in. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you’re considering placing an order, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may have a difficult time getting any assistance. I expected much better customer service and a resolution, but unfortunately, I’ve received neither.

The product I got was not what was described and now they won't take a return because they said it was custom made there's nothing custom about it. Don't waste your time or money on this shit hole

RUN!!! The worst first they shipped my order and it was returned to sender and then when it finally showed up it was JUNK CHEAP CHINESE CRAP!! WHEN STRAIGHT IN THE TRASH!! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! DO NOT BUY THERE CHEAP CHINESE CRAP!!!
