I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Broadway theater tickets through Broadway.com. We bought our tickets before we knew the official schedule for the FIFA World Cup matches. When the schedule was finally released, we almost had a heart attack—they were on the same day at the exact same time! I called Broadway.com, and I was told that all sales were final. We didn’t know what to do. Finally, I decided to call again, and this time I spoke with Trike. He didn’t promise me anything, but he told me he would do his best to help. He went above and beyond. He contacted the theater on my behalf, and they were able to change our tickets. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine care Trike showed were truly exceptional. I will always be grateful to her for making it possible for us to enjoy both the World Cup and our Broadway show. Thank you, Trike, for your outstanding customer service!
