Excellent service

Ease of order start to finish

The website is easy to navigate and I got the tickets we wanted.

Great experience! The website offers several options to explore before purchasing. I especially liked how easy it is to see the view from the seats you select, which makes choosing the best seats much easier and gives you confidence before completing the purchase.

Easy to navigate and very quick.

Easy to see the seats that I purchased, and easy to buy tickets !

I can’t say enough positive things about the customer services I received from Bill at Broadway.com today. I had to change tickets to two Broadway shows when my trip dates to NY were unexpectedly moved to later dates. Bill quickly and efficiently exchanged the tickets for one show at no extra charge. He reached out to the second theater and was able to once again work his magic. Those tickets were also changed at no extra charge. Throughout the entire experience Bill was patient, funny and very professional. We need more people like Bill who is outstanding in the customer service field. Kudos to Bill and thank you so much for all of your fine efforts.

The site is very easy to navigate, learn about shows, see which seats are available in a map view, and purchase. Quick and effortless!
