Booked tickets before Covid-19 hit. Australian Government banned all flights out of Australia. Had to cancel our trip. This company refused to refund our money. Nice job if you can get it. Don't supply a service but get paid for it anyway. Only company we booked for our holiday that would not refund. Left us with a very bitter taste in our mouth.
