The production was well done but three of the four leads were replaced with understudies. I was very disappointed and you should have honored that by offering a rebate. I know you informed us that we could cancel but that was not an option since I was only in town for a limited time.

It was simple and easy to use. What I do not like or understand is why the service/handling fee is so high for tickets being sent via e-mail.

Whilst it was easy to find shows and find seats, it was difficult to book the seats. Your website times out very quickly and there was a problem trying to make payment. Your website did not confirm whether the payment had been made or not, so not very helpful

Easy to use site and especially liked view from my seat capability. Didn’t like that I can’t download the tickets to my Apple wallet though. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Hi Amy! Thanks so much for your review — we’re glad to hear you enjoyed using our site and loved the View From My Seat feature. 💺 Just to clarify, yes, you can download your tickets to your Apple Wallet! One of our customer support team members will be reaching out shortly. We hope your next experience earns that fifth star! ⭐️🎭

It was easy to purchase tickets. I would have given it a five star if I was made aware discount(s) for senior citizens were available. Overall, purchasing was easy.

It three tries to complete the transaction. I kept getting an error message. Once it worked, the process to payment and confirmation went smoothly.

the zip code required 2 letters and I was not sure as we don't use zip codes on a daily basis. asked ai and got it.

It was easy this time. except the first time it did not go through so I had to wait a week later to book it again. And they told me the balance was going to be left for my gift certificate so it was kind of odd anyway I got the seats for next week same time so it’s all good.
