I should have read reviews before I purchased on this site, DON’T DO IT. My trip to NY got canceled due to weather and they would not refund my money or help me in any way. They are a horrible company!

Incredibly bad and expensive third-party seller, they charge an incredibly high fee, I'd recommend buying directly from the theater you want to attend or one of the many other broadway-sellers

Avoid at all costs. They're misleading and overpriced. They don't accept cancellations or refunds (despite trying to cancel a week in advance of the show). They lie about the theater's policy of rescheduling a performance.

Don’t buy from broadway.com! They’re lucky that their name makes them sound like an official seller and their Google ad searches pop up as one of the first sites but they are just a reseller that is trying to rip off buyers!! Their handling fees are more than 5x other places! Which means a $125 ticket for a show ends up being ~$190 while other official places sell exactly the same ticket for ~$139!!! An absolute rip off, foreigners be aware. Plus they don’t allow change of dates or refunds under any circumstances, which is something like almost any other places like Ticketmaster offer. Go to the Official show’s website and they will normally link you to their real official seller. Made my trip to New York tainted and awful company!

Learn from my expensive lesson. Do not buy tickets on Broadway.com. Their ticketing fees are more than 6x the fees with Telecharge.

Never use this service. Bought tickets for MJ the musical foe July 15th. When buying tickets it defaults to the next available day, despite that at confirmation they show you the seats and dates you selected. The three seats they sold me weren't even together so I couldn't even sell them. $800 down the drain.

For a $100 ticket to a musical, Broadway.com asked me to pay $35 in surcharges. Other companies charge far less. I bought my ticket from Telecharge and paid about HALF as much. This company cheats the public. Unfortunately, they get away with it.
