It’s easy to use. But it also said there were cheaper tickets, which i never saw. I was ordering tickets 5 months from now, and even when I ordered tickets in December for my daughter, for March (3 1/2 months) I could find the less expensive tickets.

We like the ability to choose our seats after using the "view from seats" feature. All around the website worked very well, from finding the particular plays we were interested and through check out.

Very easy to purchase tickets.

I really liked that the price given was all inclusive. I liked the fact that on the seating chart I could click on the dot directly and it would provide all pertinent information. What I didn’t like was it automatically put me into a different show than my original selection. My original selection had already closed, but it should’ve simply indicated that and not dumped me into something else.

Very easy site to navigate, but still applying a heavy ticket processing fee.

I know I'm old school, but I would love the option of a physical ticket or will call status. Not everyone has a smart phone and I bought my tickets as a gift.

Finding shows and purchasing tickets was quite easy. I draw the line at having to pay 1/3 more in fees just so I can print my tickets at home. Highway robbery!
