Extremely frustrating. I made a mistake by buying a ticket with the wrong date, i noticed a minute after i booked it. I quickly emailed them, also called the day after and followed all steps to change the date. They advised me there were no seats available, when I could clear see the spaces on line, I even asked to pay more to get seats but they said if I wanted the seats I needed to pay again with the new dates. Its really sad that they do not care, I am coming to NY for few dates for a special bday and they couldn’t accommodate me, I started the process to dispute the charges because they will not give a new date.

I regret so much that I didn't read the comments. They are a complete scammers. Don't buy anything from them. From now on, I will always search on Google before paying somewhere.

Ripoff! Go to any other site but, here. We bought 5 tickets for The Lion King. They tacked on a service and handling fee of $90.82 per ticket! For five tickets 38% of the ticket price was $454.10 in service and handling alone. There are no refunds. Seems my complaint is in line with what everyone else is saying, stay clear of this company. We accidentally purchased the wrong show date and asked to exchange, we were willing to go to any day or time but basically told us too bad. We are from Canada so it's not like we can just go anytime, but that didnt seem to faze them. We are visiting for the long weekend. Their customer service is absolutely appalling, not to mention you cannot even speak to anyone live. Do not purchase tickets from this company. We started contacting them the minute that we realized we had picked the wrong date. Then were told we had to wait till the day passed, which was fine, but then they wouldn't accommodate the dates we were requesting meanwhile, there's plenty of seats still available. They made it seem like it would be no problem, so we weren't too worried. Disgusting. $556 out the window.

I agree with the other reviews. Be very careful that you can go to the show for sure. There is not any option for refund. I’m told to sell the tickets online but I’m having trouble with the format of the mobile tickets. Broadway.com customer service said they can’t do anything about this. Be aware that this is a reseller and not an official ticket vendor. They pretend to be able to accommodate cancellations, but after a few calls and emails, it is very clear that they do not offer any refunds or cancellations for any reason. I purchased tickets for different shows from this site and from Telecharge, and when I needed to cancel and reschedule, Telecharge was extremely prompt and issued a refund with no issues. Broadway.com on the other hand suggested I post my tickets on a reselling site, which over a month later is still not successful. Skip broadway.com and make sure you are buying from each theater's official seller, where you can be sure you have flexibility in the event of a cancellation.

I purchased tickets for Funny Girl. We were coming from Florida , due to smoke and advisory alert to not come health lung issues we rescheduled trip. No problem rescheduling airline or hotel. Your company told me basically too bad. Fill out a form and maybe they will accommodate you. No call No email. Out 400 dollars even though I called the3 days before show and asked to reschedule to July 1. Today went to box office at August Wilson no help. Send an email was their response. Don’t buy from this company and I will share with all my friends.

Never book through them! They overcharge by exteme amounts. They don't offer refunds. Always book directly with the theatres!
