Broadway.com's fees are higher, but customer service good
I initially had a issue with Broadway.com, but customer service reached out personally to sort it out, and they went the extra mile to make sure my family and I have a great theater experience. Quick and easy
The entire process was easy, quick, and transparent. I love being able to see the approximate view from my seat location, and I liked being able to hover over the seats to check the pricing. Very easy and satisfying. Looking forward to the show!
