If I could give zero stars, I would. I had planned to see Blue Man Group in New York on my birthday weekend, but I came down with Norovirus and had to cancel. I reached out to both Broadway.com and Blue Man Group to see if I could use my ticket (which cost over $200) for the following weekend. Blue Man Group informed me that since their last show was on 2/2—and I had hoped to attend on 2/1—they would not honor past-date tickets. Broadway.com told me that all sales were final, but Blue Man Group initially said they would look into a refund. However, I have yet to hear back. I then asked Broadway.com if I could apply the unused ticket toward another show in New York, and they flat-out refused. This entire experience feels like a scam. I don’t understand why I can’t use a ticket I never redeemed, yet Broadway.com and Blue Man Group seem fine keeping my money. It’s incredibly disappointing—pure highway robbery.

DO NOT BUY ON THIS SITE. My husband and I purchased front row Broadway tickets for an upcoming trip to NYC. Unexpectedly my mother in law passed away before our trip and we were unable to go to NYC. We contacted Broadway.com several days prior about not being to use our tickets and to see how we could get a credit towards a show in the future. First, We were told to just call back once we knew when we could reschedule our trip and they would help us do so. So, we did that and then we where told NO, we needed to call morning of day we wanted to see show and they would accommodate our request if tickets were available. So, fast forward to the morning of the show and we are told yet another NO…there are no tickets of this sort available even though on their site 30+ tickets are available for sale at time of our request and we would have to try again at a later date. We live states away and request must be made for same show, morning of, Monday through Thursday and now only if said « ticket type » are again available but tickets are clearly available for purchase online. Please note…Never did we ask for exact same seats but merely to see the show when we were able to visit. We spent over $700 on these tickets and were lied to repeatedly. Please save yourself money and heartache and buy directly from the theatre. Bereavement and grief is difficult enough much less to hassle with a greedy company and their incompetent policies and employees who show no concern for what you have gone through.

We never received our tickets and we're promised a refund that we never received. Our children really want to see the play and we're very upset by this. 796.35 is ridiculous to spend and receive nothing.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! They are an agent without any compassion and only interested in the sale as opposed to offering any sort of customer satisfaction. We bought tickets that arrived with the wrong date and although this show has not happened yet, Broadway.com would not exchange for the date we wanted originally. We made the mistake of thinking they were the theatre ticket box office and later found out that they are just a ticket agent. The theatre use Telecharge and their prices are also lower. Advice - Do not use Broadway.com.

If I could give ZERO stars I would… I am certain I selected the right date for a show in October, however, as soon as the screen reloaded from PayPal, the date changed to three days time… Mauricio from customer services was useless and was unnecessarily passive aggressive within their emails that were misleading in the first place. Looks like I’m not the only one who ‘booked the wrong date’ according to the other reviews. After all this I asked if they could forward my tickets to a charity, in which they responded they do not donate to charities. Please please DO NOT use this website :(

DO NOT purchase tickets from them. My mother accidentally bought tickets from them thinking they were the official site. She ended up paying over $200 in fees. I tried to get a refund minutes later after I realized her mistake but they refused.

We received gift certificates for this site. The prices are absurd compared to box office prices, as well as special discount coded shows (previews, etc). It's like dealing with stubhub et al.
