BroaddictBorn in 2021 from a passionate community of Ford Bronco enthusiasts, Broaddict is not just another generic aftermarket accessory brand. We were founded with a singular, laser-focused mission: to design and build premium, tailor-made gear exclusively for the Ford Bronco family. Our journey began when we noticed countless Bronco owners expressing frustration over the lack of family-friendly, easy-to-install accessories on the market. We decided to change that. Instead of offering one-size-fits-all solutions, we dedicate 100% of our focus to the Bronco ecosystem. What sets us apart is our hands-on, real-world commitment to quality. Our team owns and operates three heavily modified Broncos—a 2-Door, a 4-Door, and a Raptor edition. Every single product we design undergoes rigorous monthly real-vehicle testing in genuine off-road trails and family camping environments. We tweak and refine every detail until it seamlessly blends rugged durability with everyday practicality. As a brand deeply focused on the North American market, we are dedicated to providing Bronco families with the most reliable, functional, and hassle-free outdoor adventure gear possible.Broaddict: Born for the Bronco, Built by Enthusiasts.

I called 3 days ago and I am still waiting for someone to call me back because the hardware doesn’t match what the directions claim to have. I want the product, but nobody is on the phone talking to me like I asked. Emails claim they are working on it. Not happy at all

The holes for matching panels did not align. You have to make manual modifications for the entire box to fit correctly. Holes were misaligned for the parts

Product didn’t arrive as promised. Discount code wasn’t applied to the purchase and they charged me full price. I would recommend you purchase through a more organized vendor who actually is concerned about customer service. Oh, and of course it’s impossible to call or communicate with them. Feel like I was scammed.

You might want to wait until the customer receives the product b4 asking how you did. Was supposed to be delivered Tuesday today is Thursday and still not here. I would look for a different carrier for your products. Fed ex leaves a lot to be desired.
Response from BroaddictAug 27, 2026
Hi there, We sincerely apologize for the delayed delivery. You are absolutely right that we shouldn’t follow up for feedback before customers actually receive their order. We will pass your feedback to our logistics department to evaluate FedEx’s performance and improve delivery timeliness to prevent similar delays in the future. To make up for the long waiting time, please reach out to our support team at [email protected]. They will offer you a suitable compensation solution upon receiving your message. Please give us a chance to make this right. Thank you. Best regards, BROADDICT team
