It’s just a regular fan—overpriced for what it offers. It doesn’t cool the air at all, and I highly doubt there’s any real cooling system inside. Don’t buy it; it’s a complete SCAM. Customer service is terrible.

Als das Gerät ankam, haben mein Partner und ich es ausprobiert. Es war wie ein billiges Plastikspielzeug für 5 Euro. Außerdem war es auch nicht wie beschrieben. Es hat nur sehr leicht geblasen, und es war auch kein Wassertank drin, wie es beschrieben war. Außerdem sollte es 79 Euro kosten, ich kann nicht nachvollziehen, wie sie jetzt auf eine Summe von 97 Euro kommen. Ich habe es als Retoure angemeldet und es auch sofort zurückgeschickt, es gab ja eine Rückgabegarantie darauf. Ich habe über Klarna auf Rechnung bestellt, aber sie bestehen immer noch auf Bezahlung. Der Link zum Antworten funktioniert natürlich nicht. Ich habe das identische Gerät auch noch bei anderen Werbeseiten unter anderem Namen entdeckt. Also für mich ist das ganz klar Betrug!

This is a terrible product and even worse customer service. I bought the Brizaac, and my regular room fan does a better job at cooling my room. I tried contacting them to return the product. On July 10, I got an automatic reply email asking for patience to respond, and another email on July 16 offering a discount if I bought another replacement unit. I asked to simply return the product, and haven't heard from them since, and it's been essentially 2 weeks. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!! IT'S A SCAM!

Betrug. Werbung verspricht viel, aber das Gerät ist NICHTS wert.
