If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the SLOWEST shipping service. They have no customer service staff to speak off. No customer service number - if you have an order issue or need to ask for a delivery estimate, you won’t be able to reach anyone. You will not receive your products. Just go to Sephora. I honestly don’t even want to buy this brand at another reseller. Get a customer service number up and running if you are a legitimate company. A non responsive email address won’t give you good reviews!

I ordered my items a week ago and when I view my order on their website (because there has been zero communication since my order was confirmed)has not shipped yet. I reached out via email (apparently the only option customers have) and have not received a response nor have I received my items. They pulled my money immediately but can’t seem to bother with actually shipping the goods I paid for! Don’t fall for their measly discounts, not worth it! If you must have this product, buy it from Ulta etc.

I ordered from this company about 3 days ago. Money taken instantly. Today I recieve an email telling me my order has been cancelled with no reasoning at all. Wouldnt buy from this company again.

Made an order by accident, so tried to find a way to cancel it right way only to find out there’s NO way to contact them other than via email? This must be a joke for a company who sells high-end hair products… I’m so frustrated… I emailed them right way and received what seems to be an auto-response essentially saying “we regret to inform you.. but there’s nothing we can do…” what??? FTC should not even allow online businesses to exist without a decent cancelation policy or customer service!!! Will NEVER, NEVER ever make any purchases there or consider buying their products as they do not seem to show respect for their customers… Will not recommend them either…

Placed an order through their website, I had separate shipping and billing addresses, used Amazon pay and somehow it changed my shipping address to the same as my billing. Meaning it would be shipped to FL instead of NC. I realized this within 5 minutes of the order going through and emailed their customer service immediately. In a nutshell they said they could do NOTHING! I would have to wait for the package to be shipped and rerouted to my new address. I was very excited to try their products, but now they have made me so upset that I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!!! SHODDY, SHODDY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I placed an order from their website, and immediately realized that I placed the order for the wrong item (the conditioner rather than the shampoo). I contacted the customer service immediately by sending an email. I have not gotten a response until 2 days later, to tell me that they can't change or cancel the order. I even tried to call them the next morning after placing the order but nobody was answering (I think the number 646-401-0297 is just a fake not working number). It is a frustrating experience and will never buy from them again.

I tried to return products that are damaging and the co. does not follow up. There is no number listed, just an e-mail address. This is the worst customer service & co seems to scam people from the other posts I am reading.

Purchased products more than 10 days ago, did not even get confirmation those were shipped yet. Customer service impossible to contact. I would like a refund and to cancel my order.
