I found Michael Brink via ChatGPT search “best agent 75219 townhome and condo sales.” He was 1 of 5 and I knew at hello he was the one! I moved out of my home for the first closing and then the relocation buyers terminated contract (nothing wrong with the house). I had already moved out of state and felt helpless. This is when I did my search and found him. He immediately took control and worked with the staging company. He understood market timing and found a buyer via exclusive off market listing. He loves real estate, trustworthy, customer service A+, and he went way above and beyond.

Agent Krista Knight was referred to us at the beginning of our serch for a home in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. She more than exceeded our expectations. She was knowledgeable, helpful and make us feel like we were only clients . I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying a house here . This lady knows her stuff, thank you Krista

It is rare to find a real estate agent that has the professionalism, skills and gives the time as Jeff Hickey has done for me in the sell of my home. From listing, showing and closing his professionalism and detail was amazing. The entire process he and his team put forth made it seem effortless. I am incredibly grateful to have had him as a realtor!! Thank you Jeff!

Michael is a true professional and exceeded all my high expectations. From our initial meeting to the end of my closing, Michael went above and beyond. I could not have asked for more in a realtor who ultimately turned into a friend.

It was a pleasure working with the Brink Realty Group. They made the whole process easy and stress free, especially considering we were out of state throughout. Michael and Jeff are informative, efficient, fun and I couldn't imagine anyone capable of doing a better job. Before the house even went on the market they had generated interest in our house, and offers came in shortly after. Cannot recommend enough.

A really fun, very hard-working team!! They are both very upbeat and patient. And I appreciated their candid opinions about properties I was looking at. So glad I worked with them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

Michael and Jeff moved heaven and earth to sell my home for top price and find me a new one. They fought for me on both sides, especially during challenges that arose in the buying process. I couldn't have had more professional, caring, Johnny-on-the-spot representation.

Michael is well informed and logical person. It was a pleasure working with him twice throughout my time in Texas. He has a good knowledge of the market and will work with your requirement. Wish him nothing but luck and success ahead!
