We opened our first business in 2015. I searched high and low for a POS that would work for us especially being we were both new to owning our own business. After lots of back and forth, we decided to go with Brilliant. Aaron H was the biggest draw, not only was the system easy to use, service was great and Aaron is still there today to answer all our questions! He puts a personal touch on all we do, making me feel like a special customer rather than just another number. If your looking for a POS to jump start your company, I would highly suggest Brilliant!

We had the opportunity to reinvigorate a failing business in 2014 and needed all new POS equipment to jump start the retail side of the operation. Whenever we had a POS "situation" (which was very infrequently and often self-induced) Brilliant's staff was there to quickly remedy the problem. This year when the credit card industry imposed new regulations for card processing requiring improved software and hardware, we once again turned to Aaron and his team to guide us along the way so that we could be up and running as quickly as possible. Once again, the process was nearly effortless and very efficient. If we were starting all over, Brilliant would be our #1 choice, no question!!
