The folks at Brilliant POS have done an outstanding job of walking a first timer through the process of acquiring, setting up and using a POS system. They are always there to answer your questions and offer suggestions which was great for us.

I am a new business owner, I searched for several different options on what system I wanted before finally deciding to go with Brilliant POS. I couldn't be more happy with my choice. My Rep answered every question I had, I waited weeks and then called him back with more questions and without hesitation he answered them all. He was very thorough in giving me all my charges and what to expect on my monthly bill. He did a quick tutorial with me on how the system worked and what to expect. I have never used a POS station as the first year of my business was done from home. Now having a newly opened store, this confirmed my confident choice in Brilliant POS. We have multiple vendors set up in our new location and the last thing I wanted to worry about was how to use my system, how reporting was going to work and any other issue I might come across. I haven't had a single issue that I haven't been able to get help with. If I have a question I just send a text to my Rep and he responds immediately, most of the time he will call me to walk me through how to pull the report I am looking for. It has been an ease using Brilliant POS system. Having to payout multiple vendors monthly can be a lot of work, but its not. I export their sales report to Excel and send it straight to their email. They know exactly what sold, if there was a discount and how much they made all in one report. The system is so easy to use, my teenage niece comes in on the weekend to help out and learned right away how to use it. It's very simple and laid out, probably the most user friendly system for anyone who is just starting to use one. Plus, you can use your virtual terminal on your phone or laptop when you do craft fairs or events, it automatically removes your inventory so there is no confusion. I have had no issues with billing, no "hidden fees" or unexpected charges. The bill is easy to read and understand. The credit card fees are also the lowest I have found with any company, including my bank. Brilliant POS and my Rep have made opening my store an easy process and I couldn't be happier with this company. Customer service is truly a priority to them and it shows. If you have any doubts, I hope this helps you. It is a wonderful company and amazing support.

Brilliant POS made it very easy for me to understand what I have to do step by step to make sure the Machine fullfill my need as a lucrative business.
