4month ago , our restaurant bought Brilliant pos clover systerm through sales person Grant Mclaughlin! easy to use ! i am korean, i dont have a manager to help to understandining about clover but Grant helped me out anytime i need to help ! easy to understanding his english than clover custermer service center ! Still i call Grant to help if i have quetions! Great sales guy ! good service ! hope they reach more who doesn't speak english much and who doesn't learned much cumputer looklikes me !👍

I have had a great experience with Brilliant POS. I bought a small business that didn't have a POS system and I knew that was priority one. The sales rep was by my side all the step of the process from understanding my needs, selecting the best equipment for me, explaining the quote, completing the application and delivering the equipment in a timely fashion. Very few times in the last 10 years and over the course of opening 5 businesses has a company ever exceeded their promises and my expectations but Clover has been one of those times. Opening my salon using their Point of Sale System has been a smooth and efficient process. My Sales Rep (shoutout to Stewart) has answered every question within 5 minutes. I’m a Clover fan!
