This was a very easy process and the sales associate was very knowledgeable. Can’t wait to experience the future with the Clover family. The only reason I didn’t score higher is bc I always feel like companies always have room for improvement.

Brilliant POS has been very helpful in converting from a manual POS system to a computerized one. They have answered all of our questions, and they call back immediately.

Everything is going great right now. I have not had any issues at this time. All is good for the fresh start with clover.

Great stuff so far! I just received the Clover Station and am setting up the hardware. So far so good, the first and main point of contact Jason has been there throughout the process, always positive and moreover, helpful. I hope the support team follows through with the same response as I'll be needing a lot of help with setting up the menu to launch the product. If not, then I'll still know that Jason's always there!

Aaron has been great to work with and I highly recommend him for all your POS needs. He deserves a 5 star rating. The only reason that Brilliant POS doesn't get the 5 stars is due to their lack of hardware support after the sale. I purchased a bar code scanner along with the Clover Station and it failed to work right out of the box. All that Brilliant POS was willing to do was email me the phone number to the manufacturer so that I had to deal directly with them. That was 3 months ago and I have yet to receive a bar code scanner that works even though Brilliant POS was paid in full the day I placed the order.
