Customer service has been great! It’s always good to be able to talk to an actual human instead of a machine with no hassle, and the transaction rates are the absolute best we found which helps tremendously oth our profit margin!

Stuart went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule, even answering me on evenings and weekends. The Clover machine is fairly simple and easy to use. The only downside is that it doesn’t have a built-in commission split, but there are manual workarounds. There are plenty of apps for additional features.

Working with Justin was great experience

I had been at differant POS for our souvinor business at our NASCAR sanctioned race track. Being a seasonal business we had a few small issues that need to be addressed. Other POS providers were not willing to offer any concessions because we are closed for 5 months. Brilliant POS was absolutely willing to work around the seasonal closure. Sales team was very professional, patient (as I'm not a tech savvy person), and knowledgeable. It was awsome for me to tell one of the others that called me following up, that they should be more intuned to their potential customers needs and situations. Afterall, where there's a will, there's a way and the company I decided to go with offered all that! Good job Brilliant, you certinly live up to your name!

Excellent POS Machine. Very easy to use. Convenient and fast. As a non profit organization and doing fundraising activities oven, I needed something to be able to take cards payment. This machine really is a great solution.
