We reviewed your order and confirmed that initials were entered for the bracelet only. The chain’s engraving field was left blank, which is why it was not engraved. Our clasps are tested for secure closure, and your bracelet should not be coming undone. Both pieces are covered by our lifetime warranty. Garry, your claim that we replaced the bracelet because of our mistake is inaccurate. We supplied the size and engraving you selected. When that size didn’t fit, we made an exception for your personalized order and sent you the requested size at no charge. Your order was fulfilled correctly; we covered the replacement as a courtesy. You also left two five-star reviews of Briller, including one on September 23 stating: “Good experience purchasing with this merchant and good products.” You’re entitled to change your opinion, but that does not make other customers’ positive reviews untrue. Your review describes your latest purchase as unsatisfactory without explaining which item you mean or what went wrong. Please contact our support team with the order number and specific issue so we can look into it. We’re available to help, but we need to know what the problem is.

Before engraving can be added, there is a required checkbox confirming that engraved items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. This must be accepted before proceeding. The same policy is also clearly outlined in our Shipping & Returns section. All of our chains are made to standard, accurate sizing, and the selected length is exactly as listed.
