My Bright!Tax representative was very helpful, approachable and basically all one could ask for.

As an ageing American living in the UK, I really haven't got a clue what's going on in the USA. I don't really care. What I do care about is keeping all of my ducks in a row and not making problems for myself in the future. That looks rocky enough for all of us. I am satisfied with my experience. I was unable to get a estimate of taxes I need to pay for this year. Also, since I'm retired, I was wondering if Bright Tax offers a lower prep rate for those whose primary source of income is Social Security.
