Streamlined process, quick responses and feedback. I was a little overwhelmed at first with the structure of the "team" but it works well and response time is super quick.

The Brighttax team has been doing my taxes since 2021. They are very helpful and willing to answer any questions I have, usually very promptly. Both Nour and Nicolas make a real effort to better my understanding of what I need to provide and why and make suggestions as to what I don’t need as well. I find that getting the information requested onto my Brighttax client page a bit difficult. The page seems crowded with different sections and it’s hard to read. I’m not always sure that something I’ve sent has actually arrived, and has arrived in the correct place. However, I very much appreciate everyone’s patience with my efforts and am impressed with not only the website itself - there is a lot of information available there- but with the knowledge and skills the team puts to work on getting my taxes done and sent off on time. In addition, the cost of having my taxes done with Brighttax is fair and reasonable, and making payments is easy to do. I will be back with them next year at the same time.

this is my 3rd year of having Bright!tax file my taxes and I am always pleased with the the speed and quality of there service and work.

Initial conversation went well and I felt like she listened to everything I had to say, as well as asking pertinent questions. The website itself is functional and does not need to be much more than it is. Overall, I had a great person with adequate technology that provided a good service. Definitely would recommend.

Bright Tax is easy, quick convenient and they make it easy, answer questions and communicate at the highest level. Love these guys!

This is my third year using Bright Tax and I am very satified with my service that I have received during this time. I would never use anybody else to do my taxes. I always look forward to them doing my taxes in the future. I would recommend them to everyone.

The hard part is the time lag between correspondance. It would be more efficient if the correspondance exchanges for requiring more information were done sooner as it takes a bit refresh my memory after a month or two of not looking at the required info.
