When I called Brightloan plus I felt that I had no hope and could see no light at the end of the tunnel with my bills. I felt a big weight lift from my shoulders after my first phone consultation. Sarah was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable about the debt restructuring process and patient. I had many questions and Sarah left none unanswered. Sarah is very detail oriented and knowledgeable about the restructuring process. Unfortunately it took multiple attempts on her end to finish the interview with me as I wasn't available at the times I had given to her.
