I ordered 2 Lymphpads from Germany. 1 Pad came 4 weeks later, which is to tolerate since it is an oversea delivery. But no note what happened to the second pad. I paid for both. I had to contact customer service, they still were not able to send the second pad, my oder is now 7 weeks ago and no idea when the delivery will be. I needed the 2. pad also for my rehabilitationclinic stay which starts tomorrow and they were aware that I needed it by that day. I am very upset.

I placed my $100 + order 01 June 2026 by phone, was informed deliver 7 to 10 working days excluding public holiday (08/06/26). Follow up enquiry (1) (12/06/26) ETA ...Was informed back orders being processed my order had NOT left warehouse....problem also, two (ex) staff had moved to Queensland ? Follow up enquiry (2) (17/06/26)....Now told they have moved to a new warehouse and my order will not be processed for 2 or 3 more weeks. THAT WOULD NOW TAKE APPROX 6 weeks before I might ever sight my delivery...NOT 7 to 10 working days as first promised.

My order was placed on January 20 for one item from their latest catalogue. As of today, January 28, I am still waiting for notification of despatch. Have ordered from this company several times and delivery was within a reasonable time. Their reply to my enquiry on Jan 23 was item was being prepared for postage which would then take approx. 10 days. As my address is 13 kms from warehouse it seems 10 days is rather a long time. Good service seems to be a thing of the past.

Purchased compression stockings in the UK after carefully reading their “Easy returns” policy, corroborating that my item was eligible and that the system described was straightforward with an automatically generated label for £7 which would be deducted from my refund. The compression stockings were terribly uncomfortable, so I am trying to return and now Brightlife Direct is refusing to create a prepaid label saying that the policy described applies only to US customers and I have to arrange and pay for the international shipping. Clearly misleading and in violation of UK customer protection law, given that in compliance with Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, businesses selling to UK consumers must provide accurate and transparent information about return costs, and they must honor the policy they advertise. I am now having to go through a PayPal claim process. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY IF YOU’RE OUTSIDE THE US.

I have not received my delivery. And no update if its been dispatched. I checked via tracking and says its been delivered bit not got my parcel.

Highly not recommended! U won't get your order and won't get refunded! Only weirdos at customer service, waste of time to deal with!

I purchased nearly $500 worth of compression stockings. I had a medical prescription. Everything I received didn’t fit like it claimed for its mmhg and the sizing couldn’t have been accurate. I was very disappointed I reached out and they told me to buy new ones. New ones after I spent $500 on useless pairs?! No thanks.

I purchased 2 compression socks and returned same day. Never opened, ended up not needing. I had used Affirm payment service to pay, as these things are extremely overpriced. $133 for 2 socks is wild. Amazon has same/comparable options for over half the price. After returning the product and receiving my refund, Affirm has me still owing $19. I reached out to BrightLife as to why the full refund wasn't given back? "For return requests, please know that we do not include the shipping fee you paid for your order in our calculation of your refund. Also, our prepaid USPS return shipping labels are $6.95 and since you used our label, your refund amount was deducted with this amount" HUGE SCAM, was never told upfront using their return label provided from them would cost me money. Even if there was fine writing somewhere and I agreed to this, shady slimy business practice that isn't customer service friendly. They only care about money and overcharging insurance companies I guess, not the individual. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE JUST USE AMAZON SAVE OVER $100
