Have no ideal why one is not working what do I do

I ordered a pair of shoes from them but never received them even though they claimed they were delivered $94 for a pair of bare foot shoes name fits them well because you pay for them and walk around in your bare feet because you never get them so I call them the best shoes I never got do by from this company they are a total rip off scam

This company is a scam. I bought two pairs of shoes, despite saying on their website they will ship in 4-12 days, I reached out on day 20 to see what was happening. I eventually got a shipping email saying my shoes shipped April 26th, which is 10 days BEFORE I PLACED THE ORDER. The tracking number leads to a blank page, the phone number only goes to voicemail, and none of my form submissions or support emails have been responded to. They are over priced shoes that you may never receive. DO NOT SHOP HERE IT IS A SCAM.

Terrible company. Beware and don't order from them. I ordered a pair of light up shoes. It took them much longer than anticipated. One shoe didn't light up. I tried calling....no luck. I filled out an exchange form three times....nothing. Big scam. Don't buy from them.

I got a pair of their fiber optic shoes and had one shoe not working. Instruction are wrong on how to fix these and then I completed their exchange and their warranty 3 times and so far after 2 months I have not heard from them. The shoes are awesome looking but if you have issues, their customer service is very bad.

Long wait. Wrong size sent. Customer service non existent. Nobody to contact. No call back. No email

I received the shoes but they were defective after wearing them only once. I have emailed several times and got the automated "Heather Morales" message followed by crickets. Many months have gone by. Avoid this company. If I could give zero stars, I would.
