I originally had some hiccups with the shipping but they communicated great with me and made it right and even sent me some extra to make up for the mixup have been buying their products for years and plan to continue to do so thank you George for the support

Excellent Customer Service
I received a battery from Brighticonic but it would not charge. I notified them and they immediately sent a tested replacement battery at their expense. Terrific customer service
