After weeks of waiting for delivery of parts, I called to check status, not yet available.?? I requested to cancel the order and issue a refund to PayPal, they refused to cancel or issue a refund. Did a complaint with PayPal resolution center with all the information. The funds were back into my account within 5 minutes, the order was canceled. Thank you PayPal, good job!!

Should have read the reviews here before ordering. I placed an order August 31. Their website said the part was in stock, it would ship fast, and arrive by something like September 9th or 10th. On Sept 2 I realized I don't need the part, so I request cancellation. They respond on Sept 3 saying it can't be cancelled, because it's already sent to the warehouse.... I finally get an email on Sept 16 indicating my order shipped. What a joke.

This store sucks. I ordered the wrong starter for my engine and unknown to me I got socked with a %50 restock fee. READ the fine print and order from someone else!

i have never felt so violated by a company. Placed my order, web site states fast shipping. Waited 3 days and checked. 1 item on back order ask them to ship my other parts they only ship complete order. I ask to cancel the one item. They said I can't had to wait on back order. I told them to cancel the complete order they said no. I must wait to receive the order than return it and pay shipping and 20% restocking fee received the order there were oil pan gaskets in package was a padded envelope.I guarantee the gasket were destroyed. I do not have high hopes on receiving a refund. Please pass the word and put these people out of business!!! order placed May 28 received June 11

I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this store. I would give zero stars if I could!!!!! Website information is untrue, item was supposed to be in stock and should ship in 24 hours, that was 9 days ago. Called 4 times over this period and was told the same thing. "Item will ship in 24 hours". They're now saying I can't cancel the part, I must return it whenever it's received and pay some rediculous restocking fee.

I give this company 1 star. Part was ordered on 10 May Credit card was charged for a part that was NOT in stock. Tracking information was not provided for several days. As of 19 May tracking shows part is in fulfillment with no shipping date. Call to cancel order. After a long hold time I asked the representative to cancel the order. They refused and said it was against their policy. The item isn't in stock or been shipped. This is a scam company. I will be expected to pay a 20% restocking fee and shipping fee to return an item that not only is not in stock but not shipped as of now and they refuse to cancel the order. This issue will be going in dispute with my credit card company. Learn from my experience. Do not use this vendor.

Wouldn't cancel order even though package was still awaiting process. Item specifically said it would be shipped the same day and has not shipped yet 4 days later. Nearly impossible to get someone on the phone and does not respond to messages that concern cancellations on their site. Will not do business with again. Advise anyone who reads to look elsewhere for parts.

I ordered a replacement part on 4/24/26, I was told it finally shipped today, 5/6/2026. I'll beleive it once it finally shows up. In the mean time I ordered the same part from a different supplier, it was at my door the next day. I should have checked with the BBB, they urge caution if using this supplier.
