Gaurav Sharma is my mentor. My mentor is lovely and gave me time and helped me think through my workload and which areas to prioritize. Having a mentor external to my University has been a fantastic resource for career crises, impartial advice, and general hand-holding. I’ve expressed my anxieties and problems without worrying about what he will think about me. He guides me whenever I am confused and don't know how to proceed and what to do next. And his solution is like the best in the world. We connect almost every day with all of us. We discussed our problem. I feel like he is taking tension more than us. He is already doing a lot for us. And I feel like at least I can do this for him, and by working together we are moving ahead. I was in dual thinking about, whether I wanted to be a trainer or I could open my software company. I was not very much sure that I would get the project. I was like, no one will believe me. but he gave me confidence. he said, "Harshada go for it; I am with you. one day, u will get so many projects that time you will get confused about which one to choose". After the discussion, I get so much confidence that I can do it. if my mentor is with me, nothing is impossible. I will never ever forget our discussion. This was the turning point of my life. And in a few days, only I get 1 project. and I get money too. 1st time working on the project, and it's learning for me also; now I am not taking many projects in hand because I need to learn a few things, to set up my team, once everything is set up, I will take on more projects. but yes, I feel like I achieved impossible things with the help of my mentor, if he doesn't give me confidence, may still be I am a confused person. My mentor said I am a brand, and he is making all of us Brand. With him, I also feel I am brand. Thank you for everything you have given to all of us. I am speechless, and all words are less to express gratitude for you.
