It was our first opportunity to purchase a flip house. Brad White with Bridgewell Capital walked us through the entire process. He did everything he said he would do and made our experience so easy. We picked the house, arranged the financing, and three weeks later, we're rehabbing our first house. It went so smoothly that we're in the process of purchasing our second home. Of course, Brad White is our "go to" person again!
