BridgeWell CapitalReviews of bridgewellcapital.com

I have had the pleasure of working with BridgeWell Capital on a few deals now and it is always a great experience. Kate has a great professional attitude and has a genuine care for her clients. Even when I have needed further explanations on something she has taken her time to make sure all of my questions have been answered fully! I highly recommend this company and Kate to everyone! I will be doing many more deals with them.

I have been working with Bridgewell Capital, LLC for over three years and I have seen that they attract professional investors who use Bridgewell's funds to get them from purchase to end-buyer. Bridgewell maintains a high level of assistance with regard to valuation and expertise and guidance. In short, Bridgewell's clients make money on their money!

BridgeWell Capital, is one of the finest financial institutions I have worked with, they were transparent, efficient and their turn around time from application to funding was very short. BridgeWell's account executive, Kate McQuinn, was professional and experienced and understood the nuances of real estate financing, she guided my loan through expeditiously. BridgeWell's other team members were always there to answer questions and assist in the process. I highly recommend BridgeWell Capital.

I ran into BridgeWell Capital by accident, on the Internet. Not so sure of what to expect, I sent them an email and received a response within 24 hours. I took out loans on 3 investment property in a matter of 45 days. As much as I believed that the gentleman who effected my loan application - Mr. John O'Leary - was reason for how smooth and swift I got results, after dealing with several departments within the company, I have come to see that it also the way they do business . . . conveniently and on time. Their interest rates are high but at no point did I feel duped as John walked me through every step at each stage. It seemed important to him that I understood what, why, when and how! I have nothing but praise for their straightforward business and I look forward to doing more with them. JossyU

I have used Bridgewell Capital two times going on three times now. They are a great way to obtain capital in order to flip or hold real estate investments. Their terms are straight forward and cash is always at the closing table! The best way of communication is through email. I look forward to future transactions with them. Its a Win-Win situation!

I have used Bridgewell Capital for funding my rehab projects for years. They provide a great experience time and time again. They have great customer service, are quick to respond, quick to close and have great rates (especially the landlord program). They go above and beyond and help to educate me whenever I have a question. I will continue to use them as my "go-to" for funding.

I have worked with many different variations of lenders in the real estate business and have yet to find one as consistent, professional and reliable as Kaitlyn McQuinn with Bridgewell Capital. We have used Bridgewell as our primary source of funds to purchase and renovate for the past 2 years. Kaitlyn immediately responds to my emails when a new POF is requested or when I have questions during the loan approval. Its been an absolute pleasure working with them and I would encourage anyone else in the real estate investing business to use them for funding as well.

I used Bridgewell Capital for a couple flip projects last year and had a great experience. It was my first time using a private lender and they walked me through the process so I knew exactly what to expect. Kate is always accessible and is really great about getting back to you in a timely manner, whether it's a general question or needing Proof of Funds to ride with an offer. They are a key aspect to my business flipping houses and are a very valuable resource! I look forward to working together on more deals in the future.
