You can always tell a company, not by what they promise but by what they deliver and how you feel dealing with them. Lot's of moving pieces to this funding and options. There ability to think through a decisive plan is a strategic aspect to consider and there ability to educate while doing this is unheard of in the industry. Okay so this is was my first hard money deal and I reviewed a lot of companies and I noticed that everyone that worked with Bridgewell said to call Brad and what did I do I called Brad. Brad was extremely responsive, quick and accurate. Listen if you are reading this and you need a lender that will give you a great cost for the product, be responsive and keep you updated you need to call Bridgewell and work directly with Brad. Closed with no issues on time and I am up and running on my first hard money deal.
