I am not very tech savvy and tried to create my website on my own, it wasn’t until my frustration got the best of me and I researched web creators called Bridgenext Technologies. When I tell you this is the best decision I ever made when it comes to my website!!! I only wanted a simple website (perhaps 2 pages), but by the time BridgeNext Technologies got through with my website, I had to Reflect and Upgrade my thoughts on my company and how I do things. Their creativity was something I could have Never thought of alone - they were able to truly capture who I am, what my company represents, and even more!! Bridgenext will Always be a Tech company that I rely on for my website services, and for me - Family!! Thanks Alan and Peter for all that you Do and the support you’ve giving me through this whole process!!!🙏🏼🫶🏻

We engaged Bridgenext Technologies based on agreed timelines and a defined scope of work, with payment made in advance. Despite ongoing cooperation and flexibility on our part, the project extended well beyond the expected timeframe and, nearly four months later, was still not completed or in a state ready for testing or launch. This resulted in additional time, costs, and the need to engage an alternative agency to move forward. Bridgenext Technologies refused to honour the refund requested. During the course of the engagement, we learned that the company’s presence in Toronto is virtual, with operations based overseas, which was not aligned with their earlier confirmation of being Toronto-based, nor with our requirement to work with Canadian-based companies. Overall, a disappointing and costly experience that did not meet expectations.”

I support business but will not support a company that gives you verbal assurance that they cannot comply with. I cancelled their services 2 days after I paid them. No work was started or completed on the creation of a website. Now Peter Nelson refuses to return my money and he is lying about the reason for the cancellation. Beware of their sales representatives, Peter. I engaged Bridgenext Technologies for website development services. Shortly after payment, I reviewed the written sales terms and found the language to be vague, incomplete, and inconsistent with the assurances I requested and that were verbally agreed to by their representative. The written terms did not guarantee the unrestricted ownership, access, and long-term control I required. After consulting with an attorney, I informed sales representative that the terms presented were unacceptable because they did not match the verbal assurances I had been given. I notified Bridgenext office by phone and immediately followed with an email to the sales representative, Peter. I also canceled the design appointment scheduled for later that day and clearly stated that I was terminating the engagement before any work began. Peter asked me to rescind my cancellation request, and I refused, reiterating that I wanted my money returned. At no time did I authorize work to begin. There were no drafts, no designs, no development work, and no deliverables of any kind presented to me. The project never commenced. Despite this, BridgeNext is now refusing to refund my payment. Their claim that work was initiated is not truthful. I ended the relationship entirely due to the lack of a mutually accepted agreement! Look for services from a different provider and do not trust the sales representative.

Peter called me first thing in the morning. Like a quick response. He shot me over to Alan to help me build a website. Website it great can’t wait for people to see what they help me create

Worst people to work with had my project dwindling for almost 7 months and now they want more money for something that I have already paid for totally unprofessional and unacceptable
