Went to the store and picked up a nice Lego Ninjago set, everything seemed fine until I got home only to find the box was resealed (sold as sealed) and pieces were missing. Went back to the store and they told me they have never had this exact set in their inventory ever? I wasn't even allowed to explain the situation and was being told that if I wasn't going out of the store, they would call the police for harassment. So they scammed me and now I'm the bad guy? Never again..

Dealt with local BAM outfit in Mesa AZ, not impressed. Packaging damaged on new sets. Some were open and missing pieces. Pricing way too high. I just went across street and got some from Target for my nephew's B-day. Also same on BAM for stealing that old man's collection in Oregon. Absolutely shameful and predatory business practices!!! Will never buy anything from this outfit.

Since everyone is hating ill just write based on my own experience, I’ve never had a negative experience in these stores and have gotten my moneysworth for whatever set I’ve bought, perhaps taking off one star for a few missing pieces
