Hello Samantha, We apologize that your experience with us was not positive. We are constantly expanding our event to add new activities to help with the lines. We sell a limited number of tickets; however, lines do get long during peak hours. We love what we do and we work very hard to bring our event to people all over North America. We are always working on making our event better so we greatly appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback. We are very sorry again that you did not have a good experience at our event. We hope you will give us another chance in the future. Please reach out to our Customer Service Department at [email protected] if there are any further questions or concerns we may assist you with. All the Best, Brick Fest Live
