You can’t leave zero stars otherwise I would have. Horrible customer service and the Ojia mattress is the worst mattress I have ever bought. The mattress now sinks despite that it has been rotated every three months. The tufts (circles all along the mattress) now stick to my body causing bruising and the mattress is not even two years old. The mattress bulges on different sides of the mattress. It’s disgusting how they charge such a high price for a mattress that is no good.

The front desk lady is the worst person I have ever met, rude, zero customer service. I do not recommend

Waited over two months for my bamboo cover to be sent out, was told by customer service reps that they had a manufacturing delay and were terribly sorry yet they were still accepting orders on new covers and claiming it would be shipped within 2 weeks. Customer service attempts were completely useless as all I was told as my message was forwarded to the proper department and they hoped to hear back soon, I never heard back.

Delivery scheduled Wed 5/29. No delivery. Calls for 3 days. Friday they say label will be created in next 24 hours. My son has been sleeping on the couch and they could care less. I offered to go pick up from their warehouse 30 min away and they said not possible. I'm speechless.

Very warm welcome from Staffs, Food, drinks and the bakery are tasty, scrumptious … This became my favourite hang on :)

I recently purchased Brentwood Home's "Replacement Bamboo Mattress Cover," under the impression it made of bamboo and lined with natural New Zealand Wool. The website has this nice snapshot with "bamboo" written right on the cover. I thought I was getting something natural, safe, and high-quality. What a pile of horse feathers. The tag on the mattress cover stated "100% polyester." I may not be a textiles whiz, but I sure as heck know polyester isn't bamboo. Ain’t wool either. It’s like selling a horse and delivering a donkey. Polyester doesn't breathe, doesn't wick sweat, and doesn't deal well with fire. You ever seen pictures of polyester burns? I don't recommend going looking. Last thing I signed on for when I ordered this cover was a potential fire hazard. This sham of a cover ain't worth it. Their customer service acts like it is my fault I expected the cover to be made of wool and bamboo when their product page has ZERO mention of polyester. Steer clear of this company until they clean up their act and let folks know what they're really getting. If you're on the market, do yourself a favor and keep on walking.

I ordered a Brentwood Home hybrid latex mattress on 12/5/2021 and received it on 12/17/2021. It took longer than the “ships in 4 business days” advertised on the website as FedEx did not pick it up from Brentwood Home right away. After receipt and unboxing and unrolling the mattress, I noticed the mattress law tag had a production date of 9/3/2021 – three and a half months before I received the mattress! I also noticed that on the mattress box, there was a sticker under the sticker with my name and address – this sticker had “ship to: stock” with a different order number on it. As the website stated it is a made to order mattress, I reached out via email to Brentwood Home. Anisa at Brentwood Home said that the mattress law tag was printed at a different time than the mattress itself was made, and the mattress was indeed made to order. I found this hard to believe but I emailed back and forth with her to no avail. I filed a dispute with Paypal, but Paypal denied it on a technicality – their protection does not extend to custom made items! So I put up with the mattress for 30 days until I could start the refund process. This was not easy as I found the mattress to be much firmer that the medium feel advertised and it caused back pain. Once the 30 days were up I began the refund process on 1/17/2022. I had to email a bunch of pictures of the mattress to Brentwood Home to prove it was in good clean condition, which it was. Brentwood Home and I tried to find a charity to donate the mattress to but we could not find one. Probably due to Covid and that I am not in a major city. LoadUp ended up picking up the mattress on 2/5/2022. After sending pictures of the pickup the same day for proof, my refund for the full amount was issued the following business day, 2/7/2022. I give Brentwood Home 3 stars for promptly issuing my refund after the mattress was picked up, but if a made to order mattress is important to you I would look elsewhere. In the past I have ordered from companies like Amerisleep and Winkbed, where you actually receive a made to order mattress as you can tell from the mattress law tag.
