I paid a considerable sum for product delivery, but it's been 2 months beyond the promised date, and not all products have been delivered. Customer service is lacking, with slow or no responses. I've incurred substantial financial losses due to their negligence.

Unfortunate spillage due to damaged packaging during transportation, highlighting warehouse issue.

The prep center's communication leaves much to be desired. Email is the primary channel, but they seem slow to respond, sometimes taking a week or more. I sent hundreds of units two weeks ago and still don't know which ones they received. Avoid the headaches; look elsewhere.
