Easy to work with , quick to fund proceeds

My only complaints were that the interest rate was way more than I expected and that Synergy lied to me about being a broker. Everything else was fine. Erin was as nice as can be, excepted my rants far better than she should have.

process took a little longer then was suggested but the result was there in the end! Every person we talked to was friendly and helpful

The process was extremely easy and quick. Maybe too easy. The payments are very high. Harder to manage than I expected. Was in a big financial bind and the loan helped at the time, but now its a struggle.

Steve and Chris are professional and courteous. Shore funding made it a little bit of a pain in the butt with the combat calls. Also not a big fan of calls that mask numbers as coming from my area code in order to "trick" the call receiver into picking up. Kinda beat. I am so busy and answer calls at my convenience. This was done a ton but no one had courtesy to leave a message... which makes it seem more like a harassment than a business call. In all fairness, I am pretty sure that was a shore funding practice... but I cannot be sure. Just a heads up. I think it was Anthony up there who came across as quite pushy and desperate. Odd.
